At TazzaMandi, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver only the freshest groceries, vegetables, and halal meat. This Refund & Return Policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
You may request a return or refund if:
The product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
You notify our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Due to the perishable nature of groceries, fresh vegetables, fruits, and meat, these items are not eligible for return unless the issue is reported immediately upon delivery with clear photo or video proof.
2. Conditions for Return
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
For packaged grocery or non-perishable items, returns are accepted within 3 days if unopened.
3. Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method (wallet, UPI, or bank).
If replacement is chosen, a fresh item will be delivered at no extra cost.
In cases where payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be initiated through bank transfer or wallet credit.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain products are not eligible for refund or return:
Fresh vegetables, fruits, dairy, and halal meat (unless damaged or spoiled).
Items purchased under special offers or clearance sale.
Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are processed within 2–3 business days.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, incomplete, or delivered to the wrong address, please report it immediately to support@tazzamandi.com with your order ID and delivery details.
